Today I got a Singtao news clip from Julie. It is about the scheme HK$6000. HK$6,000 will be given to each holder of a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (HKPIC) aged 18 or above. This has been the talk of the communities among Chinese in Hong Kong and overseas. The questions around this matter is when, where and how to get the $6000.
