"An apple a day keeps the doctor away" has its reason.

I woke up in the middle of every night  and could not fall asleep again.   The next day, simply could not focus and have pain all over the body. I had this disturbing health  condition for a long while.

One day, a friend told me a simple way and that is to eat an apple every day.    It works.    I can fall asleep again without any problem.



Detoxification is popular in recent years.  That is to clean all harmful toxins which hinder the health of our body.

Apples  contain malic acid and tartaric acid. Apples can help the kidneys to rid the body of excess water and toxins; furthermore Apple is also rich in pectin, a soluble fiber,  It removed lead, mercury and other heavy metals and the bad cholesterol from the body.  Thus apples help us to achieve body purification.

Body detoxification has positive effect on our  natural skin maing the skin glow and shine whilst lessening skin black spots.

Apple is good for
people suffering from chronic gastritis.  I recommend you
an apple  for lunch and dinner.   It is best to eat apple before your meal.  Remember  to peel your apple or clean it very clean,  
A little warning here for my readers, Apple skin wax and pesticide residues, should be avoided.  Peel the apples before eating them.This simple way offers you a good and natural heal from gastritis.

In our city life discipline and exercise are short,  People get prematured aging.   In order to prevent prematured aging, you should eat an apple a day at least.  It is a smart move and a wise choice.

Moreover, Apple has long been in ancient China "wisdom fruit," !


Apples are rich in vitamins B1, B2, C and carotene, niacin (also known as vitamin B5);

In addition it also contains carbohydrates, fat, protein, pectin, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, fiber, malic acid, tannin and so on.

The apple contains cornflower known its antiemetic effect.

A nutrition expert told me, Apple nickname "Memory fruit".  Why? Because apple is rich in zinc, zinc is closely related to memory formation and an indispensable element of nucleic acids and proteins.   Eat an apple is to improve the memory.

Aromatherapy is popular in recent years to alleviate the depression and repression.  Apple aroma has the greatest impact on human psychology, it has the effect of eliminating a sense of psychological depression,  When the patient inhaled a lot of apple aroma, he would became  peaceful and happy.

    有一陣子睡得不好,三更半夜就轉醒過來,久久不能再度入睡。翌日,精神變得恍惚,痛苦得很。

可惜現在許多蘋果外皮有石蠟和農藥殘留,不宜吃食。

一位營養專家告訴我,蘋果外號「記憶果」。

為甚麼呢?因為蘋果富含鋅元素,鋅就是構成與記憶有密切關係的核酸和蛋白質不可或缺的元素。

一旦缺鋅,大腦皮層邊沿海馬區即發育不,影響記憶力。

是以多吃蘋果有提高智能的功效。
