        treated
        by an American doctor,
        using
        Brazilian medicines.

        and
        a Korean monitor,
        assembled by
        Bangladeshi
        workers
        in a

        hijacked
        by Indonesians,
        unloaded by
        Sicilian longshoremen,
        and
        trucked to you by Mexican illegals...... .
