It is important to carefully read the label on the bottle of each household cleaning product. The labels will list its common uses, any precautions, and solutions. Some products might be labeled as "all-purpose" cleaner, it may not be good for every surface. Products that contain strong chemical like ammonia may permanently damage laminates or other plastic surfaces. Sometimes strong cleaners are not necessary to get the job done. Most of the time, a mild soap and warm water will do the job well.

and mud. Acids break down soils such as lime scale, soap scum, and stains of mustard, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. Some solvents based products are flammable and some can dissolve paint and varnish. Disinfectants stop smell and stains caused by bacteria.

As a rule of thumb
Don't mix these household cleaning chemicals together. It is a no no in all situations. If and When chemicals are mixed together, the chemical reaction produces toxic which could be extremely dangerous.

Remember, when multiple chemicals are applied to the same surface without full removal of the earlier substance,the chemicals may interact. This interaction may result in a reduction of the efficiency of the chemicals applied and in cases may even emit toxic fumes.
